With both services, we will be available to you throughout the year to answer
any questions or to take a look at any redesigns that your site may be going
through and offer our suggestions to the proper optimization of the page.
The monitoring of your websites position will need to be done by someone in your
company. Should your website start to fall off of the first page, which is
virtually non-existent with our services, but in case it should, we will
re-evaluate your site to determine what can be done to resume the first page
listings and then make sure it is re-evaluated by the major search engines the
following month.
Option
1: This is the only option for the Standard Localized Package.
Pay the full amount at the beginning of the service. The website
marketing services will continue throughout the year, but there will be no more
payment due, your website will be re-introduced to the major search engines
every month because of a tag we use, it will never be by an automatic submission
software.
Option
2: This option is available only to the National, National Plus
and International Packages. Pay a down payment amount, this to
be determined depending on the package chosen below, and pay the balance out
over time up to 1 year, with a minimum amount of $50 per month. This
option may prove to be more expensive in the long run, but will allow you the
same benefits as our other package, and will give you more flexibility with your
budget payment structure.
Web Site keyword,
description, titles and site analysis. Per set refers to the types of products
or services you are offering, ex., one site only has 1 type of product, multiple
pages, but only one area they are targeting, such as a beach vacations. Another
website has golf vacations, ski vacations, etc. Each page would need to have
specific industry meta’s designed. All packages below will include 1 set
of copyrighted metas, specifically produced for the client, and the price in
total for the promotion.
Standard Package:
Localized Target Submission $2000.00: Website
marketing is targeted on a more "localized" basis but can still be
found by anyone, anywhere when they are looking for your type of business in
your location. Web site promotion includes manual submissions to around 70
search engines (including MSN, Yahoo and Google) and around 30 websites, the
amount of websites correlating to your industry and search engines can
vary. Around 100+ submissions in total.
National
Package: Nationalized Target
Submission $3000.00: Website marketing is targeted on a more
"National" basis, including some websites correlating to your
industry. Manual submissions to around 100 search engines (including MSN,
Yahoo and Google) and 100 websites depending on the nature of the business, the
amount of websites and search engines can vary. Around 200+ submissions in
total.
National Plus
Package: Nationalized Target
Submission $4000.00: The difference between this and the one above is
the type of website this would apply to. For instance, an automotive site
would need to be in this because the competition is so fierce and there are so
many sites I can submit this to in order to "command" the search query
they would desire in their industry. This promotion concentrates more on
about 200 industry specific manual website submissions and around 100 search
engines (including MSN, Yahoo and Google), totaling around 300+ submissions.
International
Package: International Target
Submission $5000.00: Website marketing is targeted on an
"International" basis, including websites correlating to your
industry. This submission depends on the site and should not be committed
to until we have discussed it. Manual submissions to around 200 search engines
(including MSN, Yahoo and Google) and 200 websites, depending on the nature of
the business, the amount of websites and search engines can vary. Around 400+
submissions in total.

Optimization of your home page:
Site analysis, including general site suggestions (how a search engine navigates through your site etc.). Making sure that the search engines read your site properly and human edited directories is crucial in your site pulling up in the natural listing. Sometimes it is necessary to create a landing page if the site is too complicated to be read correctly by the spiders.
Link Popularity:
Your site will be submitted to relevant and industry specific links. Includes submissions to databases, directories and websites that correlate to your
specific industry. These links are important, as search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN, will look at your site as more relevant in your specific industry, because of the related links. Our specialty is one way links, which are much more important than reciprocal links (two way links), because search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN see one way links as more relevant than reciprocal links.
Development of Meta Tags:
Metas are created through research and analysis including keyword popularity, keyword marketing relevance and the competition for your websites specific keywords, titles and descriptions.
Manual Submissions:
All search engine and link submissions are done manually. Includes submission of your website in all the major search engines. NEVER use automated software, since many search engines do not appreciate them and may penalize your site ranking because of it. This is essential for proper website promoting.
The below services are available should the client want us to supply these for them on a monthly basis, and we also offer a yearly update and consulting program as well.
Online Paid For Campaign Of Internet Marketing Services
The breakdown of this is as follows:
· $per month (based on your budget) for to manage online advertising with industry specific related directories and websites with high page rank and exposure sites, on a flat fee not a cost per click basis.
· $per month (price would depend on advertising budget per month at a rate of 20% of total) for our services in managing the monthly campaign and returning a report with statistics and marketing responses along with our consulting service. We would like to know what types of information you want to know on a monthly basis, since each client is different, that information will vary.
· Some advertising directories we have found as possibilities, your business would benefit being listed there because this is where your potential clients are going to find representation in your industry, they may not even be aware that such a service as yours exists, so we need to let them know it does by being associated with the appropriate high ranking directories. The monthly budgeted amount would depend on your given amount to us.
If the above package is contracted then consistently each month we will provide the client with:
· A monthly report stating ranks for their top keyword phrases in Google, MSN and Yahoo
· Click through responses from the chosen industry specific websites and directories that they would benefit most from being a primary sponsor
· Available for consultations on additional advertising sources, search engine industry and website optimization related questions with expert knowledge and tweaking the submission when necessary
Additional Options:
· $200 per set of additional pages meta tag creation, specific to that page's information
· $1000 per annum for just consulting services only. This would include updated meta tags and additional tweaking of the site, along with a fresh submission to Google, MSN and Yahoo.
